Repairs/Upgrades
We back our products 100%. Call us to send a tag in for repair and we'll get an envelope out to you.
Also, if you invested in a one piece Ribbon/Award Holder and now have received an additional ribbon, CALL FIRST (800-815-1165) and we'll arrange to get that to us for an upgrade. The cost usually runs about $7.00 per additional ribbon space added. Plus the cost of the ribbon if you require one, and shipping/handling.
We will repair ANY brand nametag and put one of our heavy duty backs on for a fee. Call 1-800-815-1165 for instructions.
