Repairs/Upgrades

We back our products 100%. Either call us to send a tag in for repair and we'll get an envelope out to you. Or, drop it off at one of the following locations, we'll pick it up on our bi-weekly visit to Chicago and bring it back on our next trip in (usually 2 weeks).

Also, if you invested in a one piece Ribbon/Award Holder and now have received an additional ribbon, CALL FIRST (800-815-1165) and we'll arrange to get that to us for an upgrade. The cost usually runs about $6.00 per additional ribbon space added. Plus the cost of the ribbon if you require one (you can purchase the ribbon at the drop off place). Please include the correct information so we can drop it in Police Mail on return, bring it back to the drop off point or mail directly to you.
