It's come to our attention that the military clutch is SO good that it's pulling the back right off the tag. Of course this is not acceptable and should not happen but there is a way to use this clutch that should prevent that. The top of the clutch has a little thumbscrew that tightens/loosens (righty tighty/lefty loosy) the mechanism. When removing, press down and loosen pulling steadily upward while holding onto the plate. When putting on, loosen or tighten before putting on the post, if it's too tight, it won't go down, if it's too loose, it will come off easily. CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS!
