We are the makers of the one piece brass name tag/award holder style tags. From one ribbon to all 24 of them, we do it. We even make them to accommodate the Fitness/Appearance Recognition Medal.

THESE ARE UPGRADEABLE. WHEN YOU EARN ANOTHER RIBBON/AWARD, YOU DON'T HAVE TO RE-INVEST IN ANOTHER WHOLE RIBBON HOLDER. WE CAN UPGRADE FOR $6.00 PER ADDITIONAL PLATE SPACE ON YOUR AWARD PLATE. CALL AND WE'LL SEND YOU A MAILING ENVELOPE SO YOU CAN SEND YOUR HOLDER TO US FOR UPGRADING.

After ordering your Award Holder Nameplate, go to Chicago Police Award Ribbons Page to order the ribbons you need mounted on it if you don't already have your own set. While there, you'll see we offer the ribbons/medals too. In case you need to replace a lost one or one that got damaged. Just a click of the mouse or an 800-815-1165 call away!

Make sure to CHOOSE YOUR BACK STYLE. The clutch and safety pin styles are heavy duty, all steel, the clutch has strong, heavy duty clutchbacks....the pin is heavy duty 2" long and both can be used on most uniform pieces. For even heavier duty wearing choose the Short Screwback. The Long Screwback was intended for the thick outerwear leather jackets and reefers. For pictures of these backs, go to NAMETAGS PAGE.

Custom designators are always available, each tag made to order so anything you want engraved can be done. Some officers have ordered tags that show all the districts/units they've been in to date....or for retirement plaques, tags can be engraved with your name, the line and then as many districts/units spelled out as you wish. Call for information!

PLEASE NOTE: Other than Chicago Police Departments, we work in silver tone brass either brush or shiny finish.
