Make note in "comments" section of order form to specify the size of your nametag, ie; single line 1/2 x 2-1/4" or 3 line CPD, 1" x 2-1/2" or 1/2 x 2-1/2"....whatever size you wear. Also, how you wear your commendations, three across, two across, etc. OR, if you are going to use the plate in a shadow box/retirement plaque.








For those of you who don't want your ribbons/nameplate all in one, we manufacture the Adapt-Award Holders. They can be made from one ribbon all the way up to twenty-one or more, if needed. You can also order the single or double tower to accommodate the Recognition Medal and Fitness/Appearance Hangers. They fit on all style nametags, single line, one inch tall, "serving since", etc. Prices go from $8.55 for one ribbon to $25.85 for ten ribbons on up for any amount you wear. Most are stock items and can be shipped out quickly.
